Christopher Piligian VICE PRESIDENT - Jonna Realty Ventures Christopher Piligian is Vice President and Director of Property Management for Jonna Realty Ventures. He coordinates tenant moves into the new buildings, maintains frequent contact with the tenants and has established a quick response team that caters to specific tenant requests. Mr. Piligian also manages the maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds. He is responsible for the security personnel and tenant modifications of existing space. He also directs accounting and computer related functions, as they pertain to building operations. The combination of his experience, skills and education creates a valuable resource to the corporation in customer relations.
