Christine Jonna Piligian PRESIDENT - Jonna Realty Ventures Currently, Christine Jonna Piligian is Chief Financial Officer of the Jonna Companies and President of Jonna Realty Enterprises and Jonna Realty Ventures. She joined Jonna Companies in 1972. As the company has grown and expanded, she organized and developed new systems and procedures to accommodate the increasing complexity of projects. Accounting systems and procedures are continuously evaluated and improved with Mrs. Piligian’s knowledge and experience. Additional responsibilities executed with Mrs. Piligian's leadership include short and long term financing; lease analysis and negotiation; the formation, negotiation and monitoring of joint ventures and real estate partnerships; and asset purchases and sales.
